How to Delete Your Account on MenuGuide
MenuGuide does not require a sign-in: your saved menus, history, preferences and personalization are stored on your device. To delete them, follow the steps below:
- Open the MenuGuide app on your device.
- Navigate to the Settings section in the app menu.
- Scroll down to find the Delete Account option.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice when prompted.
Deleting the app's data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings — we cannot cancel it for you.
Menu photos you scanned were uploaded to our server for translation and are stored there without your name or an account. To have them removed, or to request deletion of any other data we hold, email info@menuguide.app (include the approximate dates of your scans). See our Privacy Policy for details.
Note: Once you delete your account, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Make sure to back up any important information before proceeding.
